Personalization - FREE
Proofs
Proofs will be submitted via email for your review within 48 hours
after they are received. We ask that you double check your
personalization entries before submitting your order. Once the
setup is complete, we will proofread your submission to ensure
that the information provided has been correctly duplicated and
submit a proof for your approval. Once approved, your order will
be processed. If we have any questions, we will contact you
before proceeding with the order.
Photos
If you want to personalize with a photo, please email your
image to bookmarkers@parkersmarkers.com in .jpg format.
Changing Orders
We have no problem making changes to your order. However, if
we have already provided you with a proof containing the infor-
mation that was submitted and it was approved, we can not
change the order. A new order will have to be submitted.
Cancellation Policy
We submit proofs for all custom orders and do not start process-
ing until they have been finalized and approved by the customer.
These orders cannot be cancelled after we have started to pro-
cess the order.
Return Policy
There are no returns on custom orders unless we are responsible
for the error.
Shipping

the order. Customers will be notified via phone or email as to
when their order will be shipped.
